Controls Design

The K. G. Moats & Sons team specializes in the design of industrial material handling and machine automation systems, from existing equipment to new and from simple processes to complex conveyors systems and robotic cell automation. PC and PLC:
K. G. Moats & Sons provides both PC and PLC based control systems with either local or distributed IO, depending on your specific application. Our systems provide the capability of interfacing with a variety of system processes through various communication protocols.

HMI:
The engineers at K. G. Moats & Sons have extensive experience in the development of HMIs that simplify interaction with your control system. Maximizing ease of use, our graphical user interfaces can reside on local control stations or run remotely on any smart device.
